Colin is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University with an educational background in Public Health and Kinesiology. He is on the Event Operations team at Pelotonia, a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating innovative cancer research.
While at Ohio State, Colin worked as a personal trainer and Fitness Graduate Assistant for the Department of Recreational Sports. He specialized in working with physicians and university faculty and led numerous instructional programs.
In early 2024, Colin founded Elevate Wellness Co., a boutique personal training and wellness firm dedicated to delivering a refined, science-based approach to health and performance. As Founder, he leads the strategic direction of the organization and oversees a team of professionals who share his commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience, helping each individual elevate their health and well-being.
Fitness Philosophy. Colin believes fitness should go beyond aesthetics. It should improve how people feel, move, and live every day. His mission with Elevate is to help clients build strength, confidence, and longevity so they can Train For Life.

Tampa, Florida | Alexis is accepting new clients.
Alexis earned her B.S. in Public Health with a minor in Nutrition from the University of South Florida, where she worked in the Kinesiology and Human Performance Lab studying women, new exercisers, and muscle development. She also taught group fitness classes with USF Recreation & Wellness, sparking her passion for empowering others through movement.
She went on to earn her M.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Management from The Ohio State University, continuing to teach and developing progressive fitness programs to build confidence and consistency in participants.
Now a Corporate Wellness Program Manager, Alexis designs and leads fitness and wellness initiatives that make health accessible, engaging, and sustainable for both field and office-based employees.
Fitness Philosophy. Alexis believes the best exercise is the one you enjoy. When movement feels good and fits your lifestyle, it becomes something you want to do, not something you have to do.

Brynn is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Sciences student at The Ohio State University, where she will graduate in Fall 2025.
With experience in both personal training and group fitness—particularly TRX—Brynn brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to her work. She is also involved in exercise motivation research, giving her valuable insight into the factors that drive consistency, adherence, and long-term success in fitness.
Brynn’s approach blends science, encouragement, and intentional programming to help clients feel confident, capable, and supported as they build strength and sustainable habits.

Madison, Wisconsin | Jared is accepting new Wellness Concierge clients.
Jared earned his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Superior, concentrating in Psychology, Education, and Coaching. During his time there, he founded the university’s Fitness Program within Campus Recreation, leading personal training and group fitness initiatives while competing in collegiate track and field. These experiences, combined with his background in coaching and athletics, inspired his career in exercise and well-being.
He went on to earn his M.S. in General Psychology from Purdue University, where he served as the Professional Intern of Fitness Programs. At Purdue, he co-led the Exercise is Medicine initiative with the Kinesiology Department and supported several campus programs focused on exercise and mental health.
Now working as a Care Coordinator with the Dane County Department of Health and Human Services, Jared supports individuals managing mental health and substance use challenges while also coaching clients through Elevate Wellness Co. His approach blends physical, mental, and emotional well-being—helping clients build balance, strength, and a healthier relationship with movement.
Fitness Philosophy. Jared stands firm in the belief of intersectionality between lifestyles; fitness is not just a physical state of being, but the perception of how one looks, feels, and goes about their life. His mission within his training is to assist people with overcoming barriers to success, developing healthy lifestyle habits, and forming a great sense of self.
